Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi seseorang bepergian tanpa uang tunai atau cashless di Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif atau metode survey dan dilakukan di daerah khususnya Kota Pekanbaru, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada 221 responden yang pernah menggunakan pembayaran digital dan teknik analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor seperti kemudahan penggunaan, kegunaan, inovasi, optimis dan kesiapan tanpa uang tunai memiliki efek positif untuk mempengaruhi kesiapan seseorang dalam mengadopsi pembayaran digital dan kurangnya kesadaran memiliki efek negatif terhadap adopsi pembayaran digital.
