Abstract

Rantai pasokan (supply chain) adalah serangkaian langkah atau proses yang terlibat dalam mengubah bahan mentah menjadi produk jadi yang akhirnya disalurkan kepada konsumen. Pemilihan pemasok menjadi salah satu bagian dari supply chain yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan atau mempertahankan kinerja di suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi dampak pemilihan pemasok terhadap kinerja PT. MKSM. Metode yang digunakan dalam sudi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui survei. Guna menguji hipotesis, studi ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil studi menjelaskan bahwa komitmen pemasok; kemampuan pemasok untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembeli; kapabilitas; kesesuaian pemasok dan pembeli; serta kejujuran dan integritas pemasok memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
