Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecepatan inovasi terhadap daya saing usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) pada industri kuliner di Kota Yogyakarta dan Kabupaten Sleman. Menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan 100 pemilik UMK. Analisis data dan uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap daya saing UMK. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa percepatan proses inovasi dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMK melalui peningkatan kualitas produk dan efisiensi biaya pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini menguraikan implikasi manajerial penting bagi para pelaku UMK guna meningkatkan daya saing.
