Abstract

Karyawan merupakan aset dari sebuah perusahaan dimana perlu di-maintan kepuasan kerja dan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan antara pelatihan dan budaya organisasional, terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 155 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 155 orang karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji T, analisis regresi linear sederhana serta berganda, dan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan budaya organisasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan dan budaya organisasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara pelatihan dan budaya organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan.
