By submitting to JIELariba, authors grant the journal exclusive first-publication rights. Upon acceptance, each work is licensed immediately under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), permitting others to copy, distribute, and adapt the material provided they credit the original author and cite JIELariba as the first publisher. -
Secondary Distribution
