Abstract

Dalam pengaktifan kembali aktivitas berbelanja masyarakat yang aman, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, masyarakat perlu memahami bahwa konteks Covid-19 telah memengaruhi perilaku teknologi masyarakat, dan adanya upaya untuk mengubah destinasi yang mengacu pada teknologi informasi digital dengan menawarkan masyarakat untuk menggunakan smartphone saat berbelanja, agar aktivitas berbelanja lebih aman dan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap harapan kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, dan manfaat yang di dapat pada penggunaan smartphone selama pandemi Covid-19. Model diuji dengan 100 masyarakat, yaitu pengunjung luar Kota Yogyakarta, warga setempat dan mahasiswa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari variabel yang di teliti akan meningkatkan niat masyarakat dalam menggunakan smartphone yang lebih intens terutama untuk mengakses dalam berbelanja. Masyarakat telah meningkatkan niat mereka untuk menggunakan smartphone, terutama untuk melakukan pembayaran atas pembelian. Penelitian ini memajukan pengetahuan tentang dampak COVID-19 pada perilaku teknologi masyarakat implikasi praktis yang penting, dan menimbulkan pertanyaan penelitian baru tentang masa depan.
