Data Availability & Reproducibility Policy

Al-Mawarid: Jurnal Syariah dan Hukum is committed to promoting transparency and scientific rigor in scholarly research. This policy outlines the journal’s approach to data availability and encourages adherence to reporting guidelines, as well as the registration of clinical trials and other relevant study designs in accordance with disciplinary standards, where applicable. The journal follows the Core Practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) 

Data Availability

Al-Mawarid: Jurnal Syariah dan Hukum encourages authors to make all data underlying their research findings fully available and accessible to readers. Authors should provide detailed information on data collection, methodology, and analysis to enable reproducibility and verification of results. In certain cases, the journal may request access to raw data when necessary.

• For Quantitative Research: Authors are encouraged to deposit datasets in reputable data repositories or provide a direct link to the data within the article. If data cannot be made publicly available due to ethical or legal constraints, authors must clearly explain the reasons and provide a mechanism for the journal and readers to request access.
• For Qualitative Research: Authors should provide comprehensive descriptions of data sources and research methods. Where appropriate, they are encouraged to include excerpts or representative data samples to support their findings.

Reporting Guidelines

FAl-Mawarid: Jurnal Syariah dan Hukum encourages authors to adhere to reporting guidelines relevant to their study design. Compliance with such guidelines enhances clarity, completeness, and transparency, facilitating critical evaluation and reproducibility.
