Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji dan mengembangkan lima dimensi praktik SCM dan menguji hubungan antara praktik SCM, keunggulan kompetitif organisasi, dan kinerja organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif organisasi, keunggulan kompetitif organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi memediasi pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja organisasi. metode analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equalition model (SEM). Hasil yang dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah praktik manajemen rantai pasokan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, praktik manajemen rantai pasokan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif organisasi, keunggulan kompetitif organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi mempunyai pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja organisasi.
