Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge management yang terdiri dari (knowledge creating, knowledge transfer dan knowledge embedding) terhadap kinerja organisasi, yang dimediasi oleh inovasi (inovasi proses dan inovasi produk). Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 74 responden yang memiliki kriteria umur usaha berusia di atas 5 tahun dan memiliki karyawan lebih dari 50 orang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara survei online melalui Google Form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa knowledge management yang terdiri dari (knowledge creating, knowledge transfer dan knowledge embedding) berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, inovasi proses dan inovasi produk secara positif memediasi hubungan antara knowledge management yang terdiri dari (knowledge creating, knowledge transfer dan knowledge embedding) dan kinerja organisasi. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah hierarchial regression analysis (HRA) dengan pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dari knowledge management yang terdiri dari (knowledge creating, knowledge transfer dan knowledge embedding), kinerja organisasi, dan inovasi (inovasi proses dan inovasi produk) yang memediasi antara knowledge management dan kinerja organisasi.
