Abstract
Teknologi yang berkembang secara eksponensial mengubah lingkungan bisnis menjadi jauh lebih dinamis. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin cepatnya trend yang berubah di dunia. Pasar yang dinamis ini meningkatkan tingkat persaingan dalam bisnis, yang mana memberikan para pelaku bisnis sebuah peluang sekaligus ancaman baru. Pelaku bisnis pun kini dituntut untuk dapat menyesuaikan proses bisnisnya dengan berbagai perubahan yang ada. Meski begitu di saat yang sama teknologi informasi juga semakin mudah dijangkau dna dioperasikan, para pelaku bisnis dapat mengimplementasikan teknologi-teknologi tersebut kedalam proses bisnisnya. Hal tersebut termasuk upaya pelaku bisnis untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas dinamis pada bisnisnya, demi dapat bertahan dari lingkungan bisnis yang sangat dinamis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi seluler terhadap kapabilitas dinamis bagi UMKM di Yogyakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang berbisnis di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan SEM dengan 240 UMKM sebagai responden yang dipilih dengan non-probability convenient sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi seluler berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas dinamis, dan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap maksimalisasi peluang (yang didalamnya terdiri dari 3 elemen mikro kapabilitas dinamis), dan kapabilitas dinamis berpengaruh positif terhadap maksimalisasi peluang.
