Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh daya tarik terhadap loyalitas melalui kesejahteraan subjektif dan keterikatan suatu destinasi wisata. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner melalui Google Form. Populasi sebesar 222 orang yang pernah berwisata ke enam destinasi berikut: Candi Borobudur, Candi Mendut, Candi Prambanan, Punthuk Setumbu, Bukit Paralayang Watugupit, dan Puncak Kebun Buah Mangunan. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling.  Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan partial least squares-SEM (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa daya tarik destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas destinasi, daya tarik destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif, kesejahteraan subjektif berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas destinasi, daya tarik destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan destinasi, keterikatan destinasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas destinasi, kesejahteraan subjektif memediasi positif namun tidak signifikan pengaruh antara daya tarik dengan loyalitas destinasi, keterikatan destinasi memediasi positif namun tidak signifikan pengaruh antara daya tarik dengan loyalitas destinasi.
