Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan depantemen produksi PT. Mayora Indah Tbk dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Serta iklim organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Sedangkan pada variabel iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
