Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung total quality management (TQM) terhadap kinerja operasional (KO) pada organisasi pelatihan Hapkido, dengan menguji peran operational excellence (OpEx) dan organizational agility (OA) sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) berbasis partial least square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 171 responden dari berbagai organisasi pelatihan Hapkido. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa TQM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap KO (β = 0.378; p = 0.001), menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas secara langsung mampu mendorong efisiensi dan produktivitas operasional. TQM juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk OpEx dan OA (H2 dan H3 diterima). Namun demikian, baik OpEx maupun OA tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap KO, serta tidak berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara TQM dan KO (H4, H5, H6, dan H7 ditolak). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Kinerja Operasional dalam konteks pelatihan Hapkido lebih dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh implementasi prinsip-prinsip inti TQM. Pengaruh tidak langsung melalui OpEx dan OA tidak terbukti signifikan, sehingga strategi penguatan kedua variabel tersebut perlu dikaji ulang. Saran praktis dalam penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya optimalisasi penerapan TQM dan evaluasi strategi OpEx serta OA agar lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik organisasi pelatihan Hapkido.
