Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh dari integrasi rantai pasokan yang mencakup integrasi internal, integrasi pelanggan, dan integrasi pemasok, terhadap kapabilitas inovasi produk pada UMKM di Indonesia. Penelitian  ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil langsung dari sumber asli yaitu pelaku UMKM di Indonesia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Terdapat 64 responden yang menjadi sample untuk penelitian ini. Data penelitian diolah dengan pendekatan structural equation modellling (SEM) berbasis partial least square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Dari hasil olah data tersebut peneliti memperoleh bukti bahwa integrasi pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Sedangkan integrasi internal dan integrasi pemasok tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi produk.
