Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supply chain quality management (SCQM) terhadap kinerja kualitas di dalam perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probabilitas yaitu convenience sampling. Kuesioner disebar kepada responden sebanyak 100 orang yang bergerak dibidang Industri Kedai Kopi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu fokus pelanggan (X1), fokus pemasok (X2), integrasi rantai pasokan (X3), kepemimpinan yang berkualitas (X4). Sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu kinerja kualitas (Y). Alat uji analisis yang dilakukan adalah Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel fokus pelanggan, fokus pemasok, integrasi rantai pasokan, kepemimpinan yang berkualitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kualitas.
