Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 juga membawa dampak perubahan yang sangat drastis dan menjadi katalis baru bagi perusahaan untuk menyesuaikan pola dan proses bisnis mereka masing-masing. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang bagaimana mengetahui kapabilitas dinamis yang dimiliki oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk melakukan inovasi terhadap pelayanan di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memiliki strategi pemilihan studi kasus menggunakan Lembaga pemerintah yang merupakan organisasi nonprofit yakni BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk menggambarkan fenomena yang sedang terjadi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara (secara mendalam, terstruktur dan terbuka), observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mencakup tiga kegiatan simultan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian dimana organisasi pemerintah dalam bidang Jaminan Sosial seperti BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dapat diterapkan melalui perencanaan dan perancangan cara baru dalam berbisnis digitalisasi dengan melakukan perubahan, perbaikan dan penyempurnaan proses bisnis yang sudah ada, baik internal maupun eksternal sehingga tercipta proses kerja baru yang belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah perusahaan dan untuk menjamin keberlanjutan usaha dengan mengembangankan kapabilitas dinamis yang dimiliki untuk dapat mengidentifikasi peluang dan ancaman ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan disrupsi.
