Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management capabilities terhadap inovasi model bisnis yang dimoderatori toleransi pengambilan risiko organisasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengusaha atau pemilik dari UMKM yang berada di Yogyakarta yang umur UMKM tersebut lebih dari 1 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Total sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji moderated regression analysis (MRA) yang diolah dengan software IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internal knowledge management capabilities mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inovasi Model Bisnis. Sedangkan untuk external knowledge management capabilities mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap inovasi model bisnis. Ditemukan pula bahwa toleransi pengambilan risiko organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi tidak berpengaruh dalam hubungan antara internal knowledge management capabilities dengan inovasi model Bisnis. Kemudian, Toleransi pengambilan risiko organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi tidak berpengaruh dalam hubungan antara external knowledge management capabilities dengan inovasi model bisnis. Karena menghasilkan pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan meski memiliki effect size moderasi potensial.
