Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inovasi produk dan kualitas produk terhadap kinerja operasional pada KFC di Yogyakarta. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey (survey research) yang menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan kualitas produk terhadap kinerja operasional, survey dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan atau ditujukan kepada objek penelitian. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional pada Perusahaan KFC di Yogyakarta, kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional pada Perusahaan KFC di Yogyakarta.
