Abstract
PT Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Manado merupakan kantor cabang utama yang menaungi unit dan kantor kas di kota Manado. Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Manado telah menggunakan sistem pembelajaran elektronik sebagai media pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana e-learning sebagai media pelatihan dan pengembangan bisa meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengambilan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mendapat 6 partisipan, dengan metode pengujian data yakni triangulasi, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-learning cukup berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dan harapan perusahaan, proses e-learning perusahaan memiliki learning management system yang baik dan mampu memberikan learning experience secara komprehensif, dan bentuk pelatihan e-learning yang dilakukan perusahaan cukup beragam sehingga bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pelatihan setiap karyawan. Penjelasan lebih lanjut akan dijelaskan pada bagian pembahasan artikel ini.
