Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening pada Project Child Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan partial least square (PLS) structural equation model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS v3. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan terdapat pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, komitmen terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui organizational citizenship behavior, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui organizational citizenship behavior pada Project Child Indonesia.
