Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai bagaiamana pengaruh kompensasi dan kesehatan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening di PT Adi Propertindo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kesehatan keselamatan kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 karyawan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik convenience sampling. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kesehatan keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, (4) kesehatan keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, (5) motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (6) motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (7) motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan signifikan kesehatan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.


This study is entitled the analysis of the effects of occupational health and safety and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT Adi Propertindo in Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta. It aims to determine the mediating effects of work motivation in the relationship of compensation and occupational health and safety on employee performance. This study used a quantitative method with a data collection method by distributing online questionnaires. Meanwhile, the research method used convenience sampling in which 45 employees were involved as the research sample. For the research analysis method, it used the t test, F test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis.


The results showed a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance. Meanwhile, occupational health and safety had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation; compensation had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation could mediate or had a direct effect on the relationship between compensation and occupational health and safety on employee performance.
