Author Fees
The journal charges only an article processing charge (APC). The APC is applied only after a submission is accepted.
The author should understand that willingness and ability to pay do not guarantee the acceptance of a submission.
The APC for the journal is USD 1,000, with exception for authors from low-income economies based on classification by the World Bank. Authors from low-income economies are entitled to a 25% discount on APC.

Authors with a discount policy should understand that the discount will not influence editorial decisions.
The availability of and willingness to pay the article processing charge will not guarantee publication. The editorial team will ensure independence and integrity in its editorial decisions.
The Editor-in-Chief retains full authority to grant additional discounts or to waive the APC entirely, taking into account various circumstances such as the economic conditions of the author’s country of origin, the geographical distribution of the authors’ countries of origin, the author’s educational status, and other relevant factors. Prospective authors are strongly encouraged to contact the Editor-in-Chief regarding the APC and any other matters concerning the publication of manuscripts in this journal.
