Aims and Scope

Unisia publishes research articles devoted to social sciences and humanities. The journal publishes current research on a broad range of topics, including religion, law, political science, sociology, psychology, economics, history, language, social work, geography, international studies, and women's studies. The journal features articles illustrating the use of quantitative or qualitative methods to empirically analyze current issues in social sciences and humanities to solve society’s problems. The journal emphasizes research articles concerned with multidisciplinary studies in social sciences and humanities.

Unisia also publishes editorial written by Editor-in-Chief or Section Editor or Guest Editor.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to Unisia must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to check similarity. The manuscript should have a similarity index under 25% based on the check using TurnItIn. After revisions and editings, the manuscript would be rechecked for plagiarism using TurnItIn.

Repository Policy

Unisia permits authors to deposit all versions of their work in an institutional or subject repository. This policy sets out the ways in which authors can self-archive versions of their work on their own web pages, on institutional web pages, and in another repository.
